Biography

 Saroj Adhikari is an Advocate licensed by Nepal Bar Council. He has experience in general corporate law, foreign direct investment, labor and employment law, commercial arbritation ,company compliance and litigation , intellectual property law , technology law , civil and criminal litigation .He mainly heads the litigation department of the firm.

Education

Saroj has completed a Bachelor in computer application from Pokhara University. He had completed 3 years Bachelor of Law and LLM in International law and commercial law from Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Law, Nepal Law Campus.

EXPERIENCE

• Worked as an Associate Advocate of Trishakti Legal Consulation , Pokhara for 4 years.
• Worked as a Litigant lawyer for Corporate Cases at Adhikari and Associates Attorney at Law pvt.ltd for 6 months.
• Working as a Associate for senior advocate on Supreme Court Cases of Kannoni Paramarsha Sewa.
• Legal counsellor for various companies more than 50 .
• Member at Pokhara High Court Association 
• Exeuctive Member at Nepal Democratic Lawyers Association.
• Worked as the founder president of Lekhnath Junior Jaycees for since 2003 to 2004.
• Worked as the Founder President of Leaders Club of Lekhnath since 2006.
