Biography
Shyam Kumar Bishwakarma is an advocate licensed by Nepal Bar Council. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Prudential Law Associates and has extensive experience in the Advocating against discrimination , exclusion and inequality. He is the sincere advocate for people who are deprived from their rights and the victims always feel more comfortable with him. He mainly leads the civil litigation and criminal defence department of the firm

- Drafted a Bill on Protection, Promotion and Empowerment of Dalit Rights for Feminist Dalit Organization (FEDO) targeting to Lumbini Province, 2021.
